Milo has been going to training classes since he was 3 months old. He loves to learn and can usually pick up something new in a couple of sessions. He began at L.A.D.T.S in Mutford and gained his Foundation and Bronze Award in his first year there. He almost gained his silver but was not quite secure enough in his Stays at that time. Milo began classes so that we could get a good level of pet obedience from him and so that he would be a well behaved dog which is what he is. However we soon realised that we could do so much more with him if we wanted.

This is Milo after he received a trophy for most improved dog. He also won out of pre-beginners gradings at the club by gaining a first (not pre-beginners at shows yet).
Following his operation and the news that he could no longer do agility we decided to focus his attention on his obedience work. Milo had not been in obedience classes for a very long time - close to a year - and needed to relearn the basics. He is now attending many different classes during the week as they all have something different to offer.
Milo enjoys obedience although he can get very excited and hyped up. Milo has a 3rd in Pre-Beginners and 8th in Beginners. He also went through to the semi-finals at Earls Court in the Special Pre-Beginner Stakes in 2006.
